What I do
I take one manual process, the kind where someone re-types the same data between tools, and make it run on its own. A person on your team approves anything that matters. You own what I build: it runs in your accounts, and you get the runbook and the walkthrough.
How I work
Fixed prices, written down in a one-page scope before work starts. The 5-Day Ops Agent Sprint is $3,500 fixed, and if it isn't running by day 5, I keep working for free. I run at most 2 builds at the same time, so I can hold the dates I give you.

I've built for NorthMark Sign, Alohause, Rain Intelligence and other clients. For NorthMark Sign, two-way sync between their shop software and their project management tool saves the company over $4,000 a week.
