A one-page scope and a deposit
Fixed price, one workflow, written down. Half to start.
Live by day 5
I build it in your tools, a person on your team approves the exceptions, and you get 14 days of fixes after go-live.
If it isn't live by day 5, I keep working for free and refund $350.
The Sprint is a fixed price. If the workflow isn't running in production by day 5, I keep working at no charge until it is and refund $350. If I can't get it running, you don't pay the second half. The clock starts when the deposit clears and I have access, and it pauses while I'm waiting on you. For the Revenue Plumbing Fix: if either check fails by day 3 (SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment on your domain, or a test payment posting end to end), you get a full refund. I run at most 2 builds at the same time, so I can hold these dates. If both slots are taken, I tell you the next open start date on the call.
Questions
Do I have to change software?
No. I build inside the tools you already pay for. If one of them has no API or export, I tell you on the first call, before you pay anything.
What does “a person approves” mean?
The automation does the routine work. Anything unusual, like a mismatch, a large amount or a missing field, goes to a named person on your team to approve. Nothing risky happens without a human.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It runs in your accounts, and you get the runbook and the walkthrough.
What happens after the 14 days?
You can run it yourself, or I can run it and add one small improvement a month for $1,500.
How do payments work?
For the Sprint: half to start and half at go-live, or 10% off if you pay in full upfront. The Revenue Plumbing Fix is paid upfront.
What if my process is messy?
That's normal. I pick one flow with you on the scoping call and make that one work first.
Do you build websites?
Yes, when a workflow needs one, but the core of my work is automation and AI agents.
