For law firms and legal tech teams
I build law firms an intake CRM and admin panel your team can change by asking.
I build a custom site with its own content manager, intake forms that filter spam and route leads, and a built-in change agent. Your team asks for a change in plain English, sees a preview and approves it before it goes live.
Best for: law firms and legal tech teams whose site changes wait on a developer and whose leads live in an inbox.
$6,500 fixed, live in 7 business days.
Built for Rain Intelligence · Top Rated on Upwork · 5.0 from 30 ratings
Every site change waits on a developer, and leads live in an inbox.
Updating a practice area page takes a ticket and a week. Intake requests arrive by email, some of them spam, and get tracked in someone's head or a spreadsheet. Nobody can say how many real leads came in last month.

The offer
- Price. $6,500 fixed, half and half, or $5,850 upfront. If you started with the AI Roadmap, its $750 comes off this price. Need only the site? About 3 business days, quoted after the Roadmap.
- Guarantee. Live by day 7, or I keep working at no charge until it is and refund $650. If I can't get it running, you don't pay the second half. The clock starts when the deposit clears and I have access, and it pauses while I'm waiting on you.
Capacity. I run at most 2 builds at the same time, so I can hold these dates. The intake form shows the next open start date.
Founding clients: 3 of 3 slots left in legal.
The first 3 firms to sign up for this build get their first month of Ops Care free ($1,500) and the next open build slot. In return, you agree to a short case study:
- a 30-minute interview within 30 days of go-live;
- your company name and logo;
- the before and after results you're willing to confirm;
- one quote you approve.
You read and approve it before anything goes live. The free month starts once you approve the case study. Your 14 days of fixes start at go-live. If they end before you approve the case study, Ops Care isn't active in between unless you start it at the normal price. This ends when the 3 slots are filled or on Jan 31, 2027, whichever comes first. The price is the same either way.
What this costs you today
- An in-house developer costs about $11,330 a month in median salary (BLS, software developers, May 2025), and a site that needs a developer for every change keeps costing that.
- This is $6,500, once, and you own it.
Proof
Rain Intelligence, legal tech
I built their production site and admin from scratch. Their team manages articles, authors, case studies, product information, job applications and lead submissions in the admin, with role-based access.
Layered spam filtering
Rain's public forms (demo requests, applications, case study interest, report sign-ups) check for spam in layers, save each submission, email the right people and record the event in analytics.
A change agent with approval
Rain's change agent: a staff member types a request, the agent refines it, builds it separately, posts a preview and a checklist, and a person approves or rolls it back. The requester gets an email and a push notification.
An AI chat assistant
An AI chat assistant on Rain's site answers from Rain's own published content. New articles are added to it as they're saved.
Gated reports
Litigation trend report pages behind an email gate, published through a token-secured API.
Customer onboarding
A step-by-step onboarding flow where new Rain customers set up their reports.
An AI sales assistant
A separate AI sales assistant for Rain (chatwith.rainintelligence.com) that answers product questions, qualifies leads and asks for a demo, with an admin view to rate conversations and track demo bookings.

Questions
Does the change agent publish on its own?
No. Each change is built separately with a preview. A person approves it, and it can be rolled back.
Client confidentiality?
Your data stays in your own accounts, or on my hosting if you choose it. The AI features (the spam check, the chat assistant and the change agent) send only what they need to the model provider: the text of a form, a chat message, or a change request and the site files it touches. I name each provider in the scope, and nothing else goes to an AI tool without your approval.
Can my staff break the site?
Roles decide who can do what. Editors can write and edit, only admins can delete, and viewers can only look.
Who owns it?
You do. Hosting with me is optional at $88 a month per service.
