Your bookkeeper is matching payouts by hand.
Bookings come in from several channels. Payments arrive through Stripe and the channel payouts, minus fees, on different days. Someone matches them line by line in QuickBooks, and refunds and deposits make it worse. And without a booking engine on your own site, you can't take direct bookings, the ones with no commission.

The offer
- Price. $6,500 fixed, half and half, or $5,850 upfront. If you started with the AI Roadmap, its $750 comes off this price. Just Stripe and email? The Revenue Plumbing Fix is $1,500.
- Guarantee. Running in production by day 10, or I keep working at no charge until it is and refund $650. If it never goes live, you don't pay the second half. The clock starts when the deposit clears and I have access, and it pauses while I'm waiting on you.
Capacity. I run at most 2 builds at the same time, so I can hold these dates. The intake form shows the next open start date.

You read and approve it before anything goes live. The free month starts once you approve the case study. Your 14 days of fixes start at go-live. If they end before you approve the case study, Ops Care isn't active in between unless you start it at the normal price. This ends when the 3 slots are filled or on Jan 31, 2027, whichever comes first. The price is the same either way.
