For sign, print and graphics shops

I build AI automation for sign shops, so each job is entered once from quote to invoice.

I connect your shop software (ShopVox or similar) to your project board and accounting, so an approved quote becomes a production job and status flows back without anyone re-typing it. First flow live in 5 business days, the full system in 10.

Best for: sign and print shops whose jobs get re-typed between estimating, production and accounting.

$6,500 fixed, live in 10 business days.

Built for NorthMark Sign: over $4,000 a week saved · Top Rated on Upwork · 5.0 from 30 ratings

Every job gets typed in three times.

A quote is approved in your shop software. Someone builds the job again on the production board. Accounting needs it a third time. Each copy is a chance for a wrong size, a wrong due date or a job in the wrong rep's folder, and someone spends hours a week keeping the systems in step.

The offer

Capacity. I run at most 2 builds at the same time, so I can hold these dates. The intake form shows the next open start date.

Founding clients: 3 of 3 slots left in sign and print.

The first 3 shops to sign up for this build get their first month of Ops Care free ($1,500) and the next open build slot. In return, you agree to a short case study:

You read and approve it before anything goes live. The free month starts once you approve the case study. Your 30 days of fixes start at go-live. If they end before you approve the case study, Ops Care isn't active in between unless you start it at the normal price. This ends when the 3 slots are filled or on Jan 31, 2027, whichever comes first. The price is the same either way.

What I build for you

How it works

  1. Intake and a 15-minute call

You tell me your shop software and board. I tell you whether both have usable APIs.

  2. Mapping and scope

A 45-minute mapping session, then a one-page scope and the deposit.

  3. Live

First flow live by day 5, the full system by day 10. Then 30 days of fixes.

Questions

We use Cyrious, Corebridge or something else.

If it has an API or a reliable export, it can likely work. I check before you pay.

Do we have to change tools?

No. You keep your shop software and your board.

What if a job doesn't map?

It goes to a named person to approve. Nothing gets guessed.

Who owns it?

You do. It runs in your accounts. Hosting with me is optional at $88 a month.

What about after launch?

Ops Care is $1,500 a month, cancel anytime: monitoring, fixes and one improvement a month.
