Calendly alternative

Outgrowing Calendly? I'll build a booking flow tied to your systems.

Calendly is great for booking a meeting. When a booking also has to check a room, a provider or a deposit, and land in your PMS, EHR scheduler or books, I build a booking engine on top of the system you already use.

A few questions first. Then you can pick a call time.

When to stay on Calendly

If that's you, stay. I'd rather tell you now than sell you a rebuild you don't need.

How I migrate you

  1. Map how people book today

I write down every booking type, rule, reminder and question you use now, plus where each booking has to end up.

  2. Connect your system

I connect to the PMS, scheduler or calendar you already use, so availability comes from one place.

  3. Build the booking flow

I build the booking engine with your rules, intake questions and confirmations, on your site.

  4. Run both side by side

Your old booking links keep working while I test the new flow with real bookings.

  5. Switch over

I replace the old links on your site and emails, then you can cancel the Calendly plan.

Questions

Will it change my PMS or scheduler?

No. It sits on top of the one you use.

What happens to bookings already on the calendar?

They stay where they are. During the switch I point both flows at the same calendar, so a time booked in one shows as taken in the other.

Can I keep Calendly for internal meetings?

Yes. You can keep a simple link for internal calls and use the booking engine for customer bookings.

Does it take payments or deposits?

Yes. I can set it up to take payments or deposits through Stripe.

What does "setup included" mean?

The migration and setup are part of the build, not an extra line. I quote the whole project after the intake.

Ready to leave Calendly?

Tell me what you run on today. I'll say whether moving is worth it before you spend anything.
